Appreciation…

Funny how people still are not getting the flowers while they can smell them. And that’s word to Kanye btw, who coined those lines a few albums back. Nowadays nobody seems to appreciate what anyone does for them anymore, its all taken negatively…is this independence gone to far? Have we DIY’d* ourselves into self-destruction? Team work makes the dream work and that starts by appreciating everyone on the team and what each and everyone of those team members brings to the table; play to the strengths, control the weakness. With that said, its funny how African-Americans are usually discounted in appreciation…I posted a few things about the Old South, the birthplace of our race and sadly few of the postings I searched have much positivity with regards to African-Americans who at that point were still slaves…but I hold out hope for a better America. *sighs*
